▂▃▅▇█▓▒░ Welcome to the French Alps HF node ░▒▓█▇▅▃▂

Recent changes (nov 2017):
You probably notice sometimes reception is attenuated..
This is due to an automatic antenna relay switching the NRD535 antenna socket to a dummy load, to prevent a massive RF overload caused by my local TX that is used to transmit "ALE" soundings for the HF-LINK network.

Due to abuse of some users.........some specific frequencies have been blacklisted.
This node is not available to GUEST accounts, for same reasons

HFGCS main frequencies : not allowed
4625 : not allowed
Suspicious arabic networks on various frequencies : not allowed

Remember: I'm watching the logs every day and will block other frequencies that do not fit my opinion about RADIO SHARING

(those are not "click & listen" listings, you have-to-wait for trafic according to time of day, propagation status etc...)

* JRC NRD-535 w/ high stability crystal oscillator TCXO option
note: My receiver is accurate on frequency (+/1Hz), using RWM as reference
* horizontal 85m long wire loop antenna w/ 4:1 balun @ 13m
* Raspberry Pi 3 model B (1.2GHz 64-bit quad-core ARMv8 CPU - 1024MB SDRAM)
* usb sound card (0d8c:0014 C-Media Electronics, Inc. HS 100B)
* usb serial port com adapter (0557:2008 ATEN International Co., Ltd UC-232A Serial Port [pl2303])

NB: Node will be stopped & antenna disconnected if thunderstrikes nearby.
