This receiver is free to tune for NORMAL users, some frequency is blocked*.
It's one of the few online short wave receivers, do not camp on it and check the monitor.
SQUELCH noise threshold is around 25%. SIGNAL METER: 50% is S9 or 50uV or -73dBm, 100% is S9+70 or 0dBm.

When you connect to this node and find another user already connected, ask in the local chat before tuning. If you don't get any answer within 2 minutes, you are free to tune.
Who tunes assumes responsibility for the tuned frequency.

I sometimes operate a transmitter in close proximity to this receiver. During these periods the receiver will be unusable or offline.
