I am quite pleased with the new look. Clean, functional, and easy to navigate. Colors look pretty, but really are not necessary.

My suggestion is to create a new, configurable tuner skin the matches the same simple layout of the website and allows the receiver owner to add or remove buttons as needed, so that users are not clicking buttons only to find out that they are not supported.

Keep up the great work, GT!

Hi Dave,

This is an interesting input, thanks for it.

It's apparently already been worked upon.

Otherwise, Rome was not built in one night, but building on Global Tuners literally goes on day and night!

Happy 2010

HI to all !
Congratulations for the new web portal,

I have too a suggestion for the empty window : link a special service to Google Earth and Google Earth Community.

Possible services :
1) link the right location of all GT receivers
2) link the main radiobeam for hf propagations
3) link to site places source natural ( terrestrial ) electromagnetic anomalies
4 ) and ... others...

GT ... ! Great Tune !

Many thanks

here are some problems i have with the new layout, antennae type for each node has been removed from the receiver list, the new modern skin, although loads a lot faster seems to have way less functionality, although I like the new functions, lack of antennae type info makes it rather hard to use the new bean directional setter and antennae switcher, tuner/node info strip beside the tuners has been removed, plain white back ground, would be nice to let the user choose what back ground color hey like, of curse back ground color settings would be for hat user, there are forums that allow you to change the back ground skins as they appear to you, it would not effect how others see it, it's a personal account setting that your browser loads.

other then that i like the new layouts, the site is faster.

please disregard the lack of functionality part, i did not realize this was part of the new anti hijack system you put in place, nice.

Someone said something About Colors? Unless something is wrong...This is my first log into the web page in a few months, I do not see any Colors what so ever. everything is B&W Grey scale and the only color I do see is in the Globe at the Top of page. :) It is going to take me a few days to get used to the new layout, so I can't give my good thoughts yet :)

Earthstar: The antenna Beam and direction is to my knowledge a work in progress. this explain why you have difficulty using it :)

If you ever used the external rotation system in FMDX-Saint-jean it will work the same way.

Everything is fine on the new lay out, great job.
However I am not yet able to get the global chat on my receiver, I hope someone takes note of it :}
Thanks
