Through a raw IF output from the HF Charlotte tuner I have successfully decoded Motorola C-QUAM AM stereo over the network using the SoDiRa SDR demodulator. It is indeed possible as I thought before to demodulate raw IF streams over the network despite the compression involved with the streams. This also might work for DRM as well depending on the signal strength.
