Poughkeepsie does have a Jamaican pirate that occasionally broadcasts on 102.5, usually nights or weekends. It has HD as well but there are only 2 HD stations active so far, 98.9 and 101.5.

Is there a new one in New York City? Sounded like the guy was DJing at a club. It was on 104.7 fm killing WSPK.
