Hi Gypsy/all
In line with suggestion about suggested frequencies for digimodes, please find a synopsis of ham related modes and freqs:
http://n1su.com/digital.html
From one IARU zone to another, bandplans are different, but for zone 1, here is what "should" be transmitted where:

Lovely to see more contributions in Aviation, Maritime etc, take it on guys !

For a good digital software program I like to use MultiPSK. It's got about every mode imaginable on it. About 45 modes I think. here is one place to download it from. There are others.
http://download.famouswhy.com/multipsk/Speaking of digital modes...Hannover #8 [1] is tuned to 14070 kHz/USB. The mapped reception reports can be found on the net [2].

Hi all,
Dorset Radio DRM is finally ready to decode and tune Digital Radio Mondiale signals. By the nature of this Modulation type, DRM needs good Signal To Noise Ratio, in plain English, good signal with no interference.
For a quick taste, look at Dorset Radio DRM Users Log, and choose to tune to entries marked DRM according to what time they have been loggeed.
If you want to experiment tuning on your own, find some schedule info at
http://www.drm.org/for-broadcasters/live-broadcast-schedule
1) If your browser has the Unreal Media Plug in, please turn it off and turn
the usual Flash Audio (e.g. Medium quality)
2) Enter the frequency as usual. Observe the S-meter. Is the DRM frequency
indeed active? If so, you will hear a characteristic hissing sound as well !
3) Choose AM mode and 15 kHz, sometimes 50 kHz can be used too!
4) Click on DRM button (above WFM), and if all is as it should be, DRM will start flowing in about 5 -10 seconds.
You are highly advised to tune into the stations logged in the Users Log, for a start and look at settings when you recall a memory.
Experiment with filter bandwidths and use Attenuator if signal is strong to protect the front end from overloading.
Last but not least! If you want to tune back to analogue frequencies, dont forget to turn DRM off, by clicking on DRM button again ( you will see "DRM Off) at Local Chat box.
